Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. The Somaticode App is a web app — it runs entirely in your browser. You can add it to your home screen for a native-app experience, but there is nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play.

  • No — the app has two completely independent tracks. The Mood Sense Track uses your test strip results. The Emotional Check-In Track uses a 20-question questionnaire and requires no test strip at all. Both give you a chemistry reading and supplement suggestions. You can use either track on its own, or combine them on Pro for a more complete picture.

  • Yes. Your readings, journal entries, and profile data are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not sell or share your personal health data.

  • Yes. The app works on any modern browser — desktop, tablet, or phone. Your data syncs automatically across all devices when you're signed in.

  • They are the same thing. The Somaticode App is the new, full-featured version of the portal — with daily tracking, history graphs, cycle logging, a mood journal, and practitioner reports all in one place.

  • Yes. The Family plan supports up to four profiles under one account. Each profile has its own reading history, journal, and supplement recommendations. It's ideal for parents tracking children, teens, and partners alongside themselves.

  • You can cancel anytime from the Account Settings page inside the app — just tap "Manage / Cancel" under Subscription. Canceling before your 7-day trial ends means you will never be charged. There are no hoops, no hidden steps, and no phone calls required.
