The Somaticode App is a web app — it lives in your browser and installs directly to your home screen like a native app. No App Store, no Google Play, no download required.
iPhone Instructions
Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad
The Add to Home Screen feature only works in Safari on iOS. If you're using Chrome or another browser, switch to Safari first.
Visit the app
Go to app.somaticode.com or tap the Portal button at the top of this page.
Tap the Share button
Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen — it looks like a box with an arrow pointing up.
Tap "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll down in the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen. Give it a name (or keep "Somaticode") and tap Add.
Open from your home screen
The Somaticode icon now appears on your home screen. Tap it to open the app in full-screen mode, just like a native app.
Android Instructions
Open Chrome on your Android phone
Chrome is recommended for the best experience on Android. Other browsers may also support installation.
Visit the app
Go to app.somaticode.com or tap the Portal button at the top of this page.
Tap the three-dot menu
Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Tap "Add to Home screen"
Select Add to Home screen from the menu. You may also see an automatic install banner — tap Install if it appears.
Open from your home screen
The Somaticode icon now appears on your home screen and app drawer. It opens in full-screen mode with push notification support.
